This August 21st 2026, we joyfully celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the U.S. Federation of the Sisters of St. Joseph!
We give thanks to God and to those courageous women who dared to co-create this dynamic union which moves the members to “greater consciousness of their kinship in grace and calls them to fidelity to that grace.” – U.S. Federation Canonical Statutes
Throughout the year, we will celebrate the multi-faceted treasure of the Federation, past and present. We will explore the call to courageous communion at the heart of who we are as Sisters of Saint Joseph and companions. We will encourage one another in our diverse ongoing discernments and lived responses to the gospel call to live this courageous communion in our times.
As ever, God’s active, inclusive love is both our origin and our way forward. May our efforts during this anniversary year animate our spirits and draw us into deepening union with God, our neighbors, and one another.
