
Sr. Michelle Lesher | Novice Director
Sr. Michelle is a Sister of St. Joseph of Philadelphia. She participated in the Federation Novitiate in Orange, CA from 2006-2007. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Religious Studies from Chestnut Hill College and a Master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Boston College. She has experience in education, campus ministry, spiritual direction, and retreat work, most especially with young adults. She is passionate when it comes to companioning others in their relationship with God.

Sr. Jeanne Marie Gocha | Assistant Novice Director
Sr. Jeanne Marie is a Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet- Albany. She participated in the Federation Novitiate in Framingham, MA from 2001-2002. She hold her Bachelor’s degree in French and Secondary Education from Holy Family University, a Master’s degree in Youth Ministry/Religious Studies from LaSalle University and a Master’s degree in Catholic School Administration from Boston College. Sr. Jeanne Marie taught in elementary and secondary education for most of her life, spending 11 years as an elementary school administrator. Following her work in education, she joined the Albany province leadership team and completed a 7-year term in August 2020. She currently serves as the Congregational Novice Director for the Carondelet congregation since February 2018.
