Charism in Motion is a new program for young adults (ages 21-49) in the Federation that started in 2022. It is open to anyone with a relationship to the Sisters of St. Joseph and their Charism. This program gives people a chance to interact with others united under the mission of the sisters during retreats, professional development, spiritual events, and more.
Past activities include: a weekend Lenten retreat, scholarships for Event 2022, and a workshop on Trauma Exposure and Stress Responses. These activities are run and hosted by our community.

Lenten Busy Person's Retreat
This Lent, the Charism in Motion group from the U.S. Federation of the Sisters of St. Joseph will be hosting a Busy Person’s Retreat. This retreat is open to anyone ages 21-49 in the Federation, including all sisters, associates, agrégées, St. Joseph Worker community members, partners in mission, staff, school alum, school staff… if you have a relationship to the Sisters of St. Joseph/their charism, you are invited!
As part of the retreat, we will be offering:
Weekly reflections sent directly to your email
Spiritual companions to meet with throughout Lent
A prayer service on Thursday, March 30
